Every painting tells its own unique story. Show off your
artistic skills with a paint splatter nail design.
Apply a clear base coat. Apply a clear coat on clean
fingernails and allow to dry.
Apply the first coat of matte white nail varnish. Allow it
to dry and then apply a second layer.
Apply the paint splatter. Place blobs of the varnish on
paper towels. Dip one end of your straw in a color and blow down the opposite
end of the straw on to the nail.
Clean any excess nail polish. Use nail varnish remover on
any skin that has nail polish on it from the splatter.
Apply a top coat. Apply a clear coat on the finished product
and allow to dry.
